Interannual iceberg freshwater fluxes
I have updated the Antarctic iceberg freshwater flux originally developed by Merino et al. (2016). It is now avaailable as a monthly timeseries covering 1972-2017. It is based on a very similar modelling framework as Merino et al. (2018):
-
Lagrangian iceberg module developed by Marsh et al. (2015), modified by Merino et al. (2016).
-
ice-shelf freshwater injected at depth following the method developed by Mathiot et al. (2017).
-
ice-shelf freshwater increasing linearly from 1990 to 2010, with melt rates derived from glacological date Merino et al. (2018).
The updated dataset is available here
